Shin and Timo to raise prices for American shoppers in response to the definitions

TEMU and Shein are planning to raise prices for American clients starting from April 25, due to President Donald Trump’s tariff for the goods shipped from China, according to Associated Press reports.

The 145 % customs tariff for the products made in China, as well as Trump’s decision to end a customs exemption that allowed goods less than $ 800 to enter the United States exempt from customs duties, disrupted business models on both platforms. The report says that nearly 4 million parcels, most of which are from China, enter the United States every day according to this exemption, which will be soon.

Shin and Timo have gained great popularity in the United States over the past few years due to the discount pricing of platforms and influential advertising.

The Wall Street Journal reported last year that Amazon now believes that Shin and Timo are greater threats to her work from retailers such as Wall Mart and Hadaf. In November, Amazon Amazon Haul, a store front, launched a large, productive and chilled store for Shein and TEMU.

Shein and Temu encourage customers to continue shopping. Companies say they will ensure the arrival of requests on time and do their power to reduce the impact on shoppers.
